National Night Out
Held every year in August, National Night Out is a neighborhood celebration aimed at bringing families and friends together to learn more about drug prevention and crime awareness. Free entertainment, refreshments and activities for the whole family are provided at this annual event. The 2006 NNO Event hosted to more than 5,000 people!

Annual Kid's Fishing Tournament
The Annual Fishing Tournament is held at the MCAS fishing ponds or the Laurel Bay fishing peir. The event is TBD for 2007. This event is open to all ages. There are awards for every age group. Free refreshments are provided.

Resident Appreciation Cookouts
Tri-Command Communities can't think of enough ways to say "thanks" to our residents. One way we achieve this is through resident appreciation cookouts. Held roughly every two to three months, the Tri-Command staff dons aprons and barbeque equipment to serve up appreciation for our residents.

Santa Calling
Santa never forgets to call the all the little boys and girls before he starts making the toys in his toyshop. Make sure to put your name on the list offered at the Tri-Command Communities Welcome Center to ensure that Santa has the right number to call.

Easter Egg Hunt
Bring your prettiest Easter Bonnet and Basket and join Tri-Command Communities for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. More than 1000 Easter Eggs are hidden for the residents to find! Free activities for all age groups, music, refreshments and a visit from the Easter Bunny are included.

Neighborhood block parties
Summer, Spring, Winter or Fall, the south always has great weather for an outdoor block party. Tri-Command Communities helps to host a potluck event in your neighborhood.

Yard of the Month Awards
Do you have a green thumb? Love to plant flowers in the springtime? Your home might be nominated for the Yard of the Month. Homes are judged on the tidiness of both front and back yards, attractive planting of flowers and plants, as well as tasteful lawn decor. Winners receive a "Yard of the Month" lawn sign.

Yard Sale
We here at Tri-Command Communities know how easy it is to accumulate stuff!! There is no better incentive to do some spring cleaning than by hosting a Yard Sale. We provide the maps, advertising and table space (limited) you just haul out your unwanted items. This event is open to the public and therefore extremely popular (and profitable too!)

Monthly Lunch Bunch
Held the last Friday of every month, the Lunch Bunch is a spouse support group. Come swing by and meet new friends or catch up with old ones. Free childcare is provided, as well as lunch. Guest speakers have included representatives from: Clinique, The Chocolate Tree, MCCS and more.
