Application ProcessIf you are relocating to MCAS Beaufort, please visit the MCAS Beaufort Family Housing Office first. (www.beaufort@usmc.mil) or (Building Number 22 on MCAS) There you will be provided options as to which homes are available. Should you select a Tri-Command Communities home, you will be referred to a Tri-Command Communities staff member. They will be able to take you on a tour of the property and a model home. If you are relocating to MCRD- Parris Island or Naval Hospital Beaufort, please visit the MCRD-Parris Island Housing Office first. There you will be provided options as to which homes are available. Should you select a Tri-Command Communities home, you will be referred to a Tri-Command staff member. They will be able to take you on a tour of the property and a model home. The Military Housing Offices must first qualify you for a Tri-Command Communities home and based on your rank and number of dependants, a home will be assigned to you. LeaseAll Tri-Command Communities Residents sign a Lease, which is further discussed one-on-one with the Residents Community Manager at move-in. |
